My father was Luther Gerald Parks Jr. He was gunned down in Little Rock, AR, in September of 1993. Because of my dad's ties with Bill Clinton, his widow has accused Clinton and his circle of power of killing my dad. I do not beleave what she says. She is addicted to prescription medications, and lies all the time. An aunt of my dad's has told me that dad found drugs and a 9mm in my youngest brothers veichal and had hit him hard, he told his wife Jane to take her son and get out. My dad had a million dollar insurance policy, His will was changed shortly before his death, and was filed by her the day after the murder, he had not been put in the ground yet and she is collecting money.
I had spoke with her by IM and she said to me that the gun man called her to tell her my dad was dead. When I asked why would he call you if you did not hire it done. She said " What if I did? Thats the past and I live in the future.
At my fathers funeral she has me sign a paper saying I would not contest the will. Who does this? The case has gone unsolved because of her running to the media with her lies about Clinton. The day my dad was shot, she was to go eat with him, as she did always! But on this day she became ill with a condition my dad said was all in her head. (MS) She is nothing but a lier and a gold digger.
She has recently told an aunt that she now has bone cancer and is dying. She was supposed to have died according to her: years ago with the MS.
The last time she was at my dad's mothers, my grandmother, My grandmother had a major stroke. When Jane left her house, my aunt penny found my grandmother laying on the floor, she has never recovered from the stroke.
I have 2 aunts, my dad's sister's and a great aunt, we all beleave she had him killed for his money. Please pray for us, that justice will be done.

Ms. Hickman,
I am sorry for your loss. I do have a question. Did you tell the police about her saying the "gunman" called her? They can run the phone calls and see who called or if anyone called. That doesn't always answer the questions, but it does give them a place to start.

Yes, my husband and I notified the Little Rock Police dept. of what she had said. A detective came to our home to try and retreave the conversation we had together. I was new to yahoo IM and did not have the archive turned on. We notified yahoo and was told if the archive was not on, the conversation was lost. The detective took our hard-drive with him to have a computer expert look into it, but they came up with nothing. Trust me I have been in contact with the Little Rock PD for almost 13 years, as has most of the family. We all beleave she is involved except for her 2 sons, one which the family beleaves is involved also.

In a strange turn of events, Jane's (step-mom suspected of Jerry Parks' death) next husband, Dr. David Millstein, was stabbed to death and found in his home in Mountain Home, Arkansas on Sunday, June 18, 2006. Is Denise Hickman still on this board?

Hi, It's Denise. Can you beleive she did it again? I hope they get her this time. The police wont tell me much, just that my dads murder and David's murder wont be done together. Cant remember exactly how the detective said it to me. My detective friend in Little Rock that Ive been in contact with all these years, tells me " Were gonna get her". I am under the impression my brother or brothers (half brothers) may be involved also. Thanks for the prayers, we need them. Jerri Denise

Persons of Interest Sought By Greg Brock July 12, 2006 Detectives in Mountain Home-Arkansas say there are a couple of people of interest they want to talk to regarding the slaying of a doctor at his home last month. Police Chief Carry Manuel wouldn't go into detail with Hometown Radio for fear of harming the investigation.... he did say the public's help is still needed and the Arkansas state crime lab in Little Rock is still processing evidence. Dr. David Millstein was found stabbed to death. A police officer discovered the body after going by to check on the doctor after someone inquired about his well-being. A week or so ago a vehicle somehow connected to the case was found outside of Baxter County. www.hometowndailynews.com/headline_news_fullstory.htm

Two more search warrants executed in doctor's murder By: Richard Hester 07/06/2006 Two more search warrants have been served in connection with the murder investigation of Mountain Home physician David Millstein and authorities continue to receive and investigate a large amount of information. During a press conference today, Mountain Home Police Chief Carry Manuel revealed that local police investigators, assisted by the Arkansas State Police from Little Rock, and the F-B-I searched a residence and a vehicle at undisclosed locations over the long Fourth of July holiday weekend. Although authorities won't say where the warrants were served, Chief Manuel says the investigation has been confined to Arkansas. Authorities had previously searched a residence on June 20th but also haven't disclosed that location. Manuel declined to comment on how the F-B-I is involved in the case but said they have expertise in several areas that would be beneficial to investigators. Authorities have continued to receive and analyze a large amount of information since Dr. Millstein was found dead at his residence in eastern Mountain Home the night of June 18th. Autopsy results indicated the 62 year old urologist was stabbed multiple times. The Mountain Home police chief says evidence was submitted to the Arkansas State Crime lab at the beginning of the investigation, and additional evidence will be submitted soon. As for any possible suspects... Manuel said the investigation is detailed and time consuming and may be lengthy. Police are concerned with the integrity and confidentiality of the case. Procedurally they are being thorough in the collection of evidence and serving of search warrants. He said the case is complex... Chief Manuel confirmed there has been some limited conversation between Mountain Home investigators and Little Rock police. Millstein, who moved to Mountain Home seven years ago from Searcy, was married to Lois Parks who lives in the Little Rock area. Parks' previous husband, Luther Gerald "Jerry" Parks Jr., who was shot to death in west Little Rock in 1993 at the age of 47. Parks was driving home to Roland in rural Pulaski County when he was shot twice in the chest and once in the abdomen by someone who pulled up beside him. That murder remains unsolved. Manuel said Little Rock police might be interested in the Millstein case. Steve Moore, the Little Rock police detective assigned to the Jerry Parks case, said Mountain Home police called him last week to see whether they had any information that might assist in the Millstin investigation. He declined to talk about the nature of the exchange. Little Rock Police spokesman Sergeant Terry Hastings said yesterday the Parks homicide remains an open case and also declined to comment further. Manuel said public input has been helpful, with new information given to investigators just last week. He appealed for continued assistance, no matter how insignificant a person may believe the information might be. Persons with information may call the police department at 425-6336, the police department's tip line at 870-424-4357 if they wish to remain anonymous, or the state police tip line at 1-800-553-3820.
