My sister, Patricia Lynn Kruse, was murdered by her husband of twelve years. He broke into her home late at night and kidnapped her as her three children listened from across the hall unable to call 911 because he had cut the phone lines. He took her to a remote area, bond and gagged, and threw her into a pond. He has been convicted and will serve life in prison, chance of parole after 25 years. She was much more than a sister to me, she was my best friend. Please visit, pattylynnslegacy.org to help keep her story alive.

Dear Puck1323, I'm very sorry about your sister. I visited the site and it's great. The scourge of domestic violence is 1 that we can never stop working on preventing. I'm glad you found this board and hope you find some comfort here. Take care.

Hi, I visited your sisters site and I liked it. I am working on one for my sister and niece. I see that he got life with possible parole in 25 years, hopefuly he will never get parole. That is one thing that I am relieved about, my ex-brother-in-law will not be getting a chance for parole. The death penalty is what we all wanted for him but at least life in prison won't be easy on him. Judi
