Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my profile, I am a 22 yr old female that lost my dad to murder. It has been the hardest thing I have had to deal with in my whole life. My dad was strongest, smartest man I ever knew, not only was a the best dad to me he was my best friend. I would rather be with my dad hanging out watching him wax his truck then go hang out with friends we always had the best times together he was the funniest person. I wanted to let you all know we are all in this together and my prayers are with all of you, my ears are always here to listen and my eyes are here to read whatever you have to say. I know that losing someone to a crime like this is the hardest thing someone has to deal with not only for us but for the people that love us and see us suffering through our lost. My finacce is a Marine and serves our country but I think the hardest job he has is to put up with me when i am in my depression moods. So I know how it feels. Please if any one needs to talk feel free to e mail at Daddysgirl2729@hotmail.com Thank you and god bless. Amanda

Dear Amanda, I'm so sorry about your Dad. I lost my Dad in 1990, this coming Friday will be the anniversary. I hope your fiance is doing OK. I've had the same issues with my boyfriend, so I know what it's like, too. My boyfriend has remarked several times about how "the old Laura seems to be gone". I wish if I could help him to fully understand that I have very bad days where I don't feel that anyone or anything is worth it and I feel cynical and distrusful of all things. I do try on those days to not take it out on people but this is hard to do. I'm glad you and your Dad had good times while he was alive, those memories are very precious. If you ever want to talk, my e-mail is pumpkin12903@aol.com. Take care and I hope you're doing well-Laura
