I hope your lawsuit will give you the sense of justice that was lacking in the criminal trial. Please let me know what I can do to help you. Take care...and best wishes.

Dear crybaby, I wish you the best with the lawsuit. I can't STAND those who automatically assume that if a MVS does a civil suit it's ONLY for money. Don't you LOVE these assumptions? No, civil cases are done for various reasons. 1 big 1 being that for some MVS it's the ONLY chance at justice they have after the perpetrator is acquitted in a criminal trial! I'm reminded of the OJ Simpson case here. Whatever help you need with putting this law into effect please let us know about. A group like Parents of Murdered Children could also help with getting the word out. Know that we're ready to help you with this in whatever ways we can. Take care.

If there's not a chapter in your state, you can contact the main office. Have you tried your Congressman, governor or senator of your state? I wish you the best with all this.

i feel for you and i understand considering the police and DA are saying no crime was commited in my sons death. i am also sueing in order to obtain evidence to file criminal charges as the law here wont do it. i am also not interested in the money as i have told the plice that if they did there job i would drop the lawsuit but to no avail. i am interested in knowing more about your plans in changeing the law as i would also like to help in this. something has to be done to make the people responsible accountable for there actions. god bless and good luck.
