Hi, I was wondering if any of you knew how to go about getting a copy of police report? Our grief counseler advised us to get a copy before the trial starts, just so we're prepared, theres still alot of details that we were'nt told, and these are all going to be brought up at trial. I'm kind of scared to read it, it's really going to be devasating to read the details about how my sister was found, we know she was found in the trunk of her car, and the cause of death was axpixiation (sp!), but I know theres going to be other details in the report that'll be hard to read she also said we could get a copy of the autopsy report too. I don't want to see any pictures of the crime scene or anything, that would just send me over the edge thanks, Tanya

If you have a Victim Advocate they can get it for you. If not, you should be able to go directly to the law enforcement agency and ask for a copy of the incident report.
I'm so sorry about your sister. (((((((HUGS))))))
