We're now past the two year mark, and there are still o arrests. From the start of this nightmare it's been excuse after excuse. I've been told that both suspect families moved from the area. This came from the investigating detective. He said his source in the neighborhood gave him the information. of course, he never bothered to verify that information. I knew the families hadn't moved, i'd driven by both homes and had seen the teens out front. Then i was told one of the suspects had been arrested. The detective did not question him because he did not know the kids name. The mug shot was not able to be used to identify the kid because the mugshot was blurry. When I asked about fingerprints, I was ignored. But, the narcotics division was watching the kids. Well, if the detective didn't know the kids name, then how did find out about the arrest after the fact? When did the police begin using blurry mugshots for their records? The latest excuse was the prosecutors office said there wasn't enough evidence. I have been in contsact with that office, I was told they haven't seen the csase in their office. And evidence. they have fingerprints from the shotgun shells, at least 5 eyewitnesses that can identify the kids. Actually, we have. We gave the detective the addresses of the kids. Wasn't hard to find them on My Space. But, evidently, none of this is enough in this state. So, I have anger that I do not know what to do with, and it spreads through other areas of my life. It's like living in a state of greyness. You can''t go back and you can't go forward. you try, but something isn't there. So, now what do i do?

It's important you find a GOOD, SAFE outlet for your anger, even though your anger is 100% justified. I found mine through counseling and prayer. However, I still do have problems with anger and the patterns I learned from being the daughter of an emotionally/verbally abusive mother. But, my goal is perfection and I'll never give up on it. ;D I'm wondering: have you looked into civil court? If I've asked you this before, please forgive me. I've written so many replies on here I sometimes forget what I wrote who when! Civil court COULD get you SOME justice. My family went to civil court on a matter tied to the murders and even though we didn't fully win on the jury's decision, it was 100% worth it. There's also cases like OJ Simpson where the MVS (the Goldmans and Browns) DID win and deserved to 100%. They ended up getting SOME justice and resolution. I hope my information on how I'm resolving my anger problems, etc., will help you. Take care.
